At Infinity Medicine, we provide personalized, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults in a compassionate, judgment-free environment. We specialize in ADHD evaluations and medication management, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations and medication management, and office-based treatment for opioid use disorder. Our goal is to provide individualized care that empowers patients and families while improving quality of life through collaboration, education, and evidence-based treatment. We serve patients throughout Minnesota and offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. Our services include comprehensive ADHD evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults, with individualized treatment plans that may include medication, monitoring, education, and collaboration with families, schools, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. We also provide Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations and medication management using a neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based approach, including support for co-occurring conditions when appropriate and coordination with families and other providers to promote long-term success. In addition, we offer addiction medicine services, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT/MOUD) such as buprenorphine (Suboxone®) for opioid use disorder, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care centered on recovery, harm reduction, and long-term wellness. Patients prescribed controlled substance medications, including stimulant medications for ADHD and buprenorphine, are required to complete an in-person appointment either during their initial evaluation or within the first three months of treatment. Additional monitoring may be required based on clinical judgment and applicable regulations.
